Poppy Okotcha is an ecological grower, forager, and passionate advocate for regenerative growing practices. Trained in horticulture, permaculture, and forest gardening, she cultivates edible and medicinal spaces that are not only abundant and sustainable but also beautiful and deeply connected to nature. As the host of our 2025 Grow Along, Poppy will guide you through a six-month journey to grow your own edible garden, sharing her expertise in ecological veg and herb cultivation.
Her forthcoming book, A Wilder Way (Spring 2025), explores the art of growing, foraging, and cooking with nature in mind. With a love for creating and tending to thriving ecosystems, Poppy brings a wealth of knowledge and an infectious enthusiasm for reconnecting people with the land.
