FAQs

The Bee Challenge invites you to create a Pollinator Pitstop—a small but powerful space that helps support bees, butterflies, and other pollinators. It’s all about taking simple, practical action to help nature thrive.

It’s any space—big or small—designed with pollinators in mind. Think window boxes, gardens, balconies, allotments, community plots, or even roadside verges filled with pollinator-friendly plants.

No! You can create a pitstop in a window box, a balcony container, or even by planting in a recycled container. Any effort helps!

Focus on pollinator-friendly plants like lavender, borage, marigolds, thyme, foxgloves, and wildflowers. Native species are best where possible! Follow along the videos and Jamie will show you!

Once you’ve created your pitstop, register it here: https://qmn14qsvkut.typeform.com/to/pmXpoEeY
